I oversaw recruitment for Study Start Up/Clinical Delivery in Full Services and Sponsor dedicated opportunities across EMEA (Italy,Spain, Greece, Turkey and Israel). Stakeholder Management was a large part of my role. I would take ownership of intake meetings and update calls with our Management team to provide solutions, market intelligence and implement strategies to fill our vacancies swiftly and with the best talent.My activities include:- Helping to actively the management in the growth of Italian Team (principal focus) on, This involved hands-on headhunting work and working cross-functionally to create the most competitive benefits and pay zones.- I was a part of the Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging committee within TA.
