I am an Italy qualified lawyer and the partner in charge of the employment law group at Ughi e Nunziante Studio Legale I joined the Firm in 2024 after more than 16 years as partner of international law firms. After graduating from the University of Milan, I worked with several law firms, specialising in labour law. i have then completed my previous experience working within the area of corporate law of an international law firm, with particular reference to M&As and business transformations.The union oors.f such diverse experiences means that today I address all issues relating to HR matters connected with corporate restructuring and transactions and to propose concrete and business-oriented solutions to clients.I act for Italian and international clients in the organization of personnel, transfers of activities, outsourcing and the planning and implementation of reorganization and workforce reduction processes, providing support in industrial and union relations.I also advise companies on all issues relating to the management of staff relations.I’ve gained a particular and significant knowledge of the organizational and production processes related to the management of human resources in the sectors of industrial, tourism and logistics companies thanks to many years of assistance to primary clients in these sectors.
