A Product Configuration Manager within ASML is responsible for driving Data Quality and design of Product Configuration in the supply chain. It is key to secure quality and timely release of ASML wide commercial products and service configurations information in the ASML ERP system. This information enables the Demand Identification, Order Capturing processes and the Order Fulfillment processes, which are essential to achieve ASML sales and delivery.Key responsibilities;• Define and maintain basic principles of the configurator design, including creation of characteristics, classes, configuration profiles and object dependencies.• Secure quality and timely release of commercial product(s) and service configurations information• Design and implement agreed upon request in configurator, documenting the changes and initiate follow-up actions at related stakeholders • Release (and maintain) the commercial product configurator for Demand Identification and Order Capturing processes and the Order Fulfillment processes• Analyze and sign off Engineering Changes related to commercial products and other customer choices• Check upon consistency and completeness of sales configurator and related master data in ERP system • Align stakeholders’ requirements, related to commercial product configurations and enhancements• Participate as subject matter expert in cross-departmental projects• Recommend and implement improvements to processes, methods and tooling within and beyond BOM Management

Secure complete, correct, and consistent material and bill of material master data in the ASML ERP system to enable ASML’s global operational activities.Key Responsibilities:1. Ensure intended changes are according to the Configuration Management and Master Data Management guidelines in accordance with Change Control Board (CCB).2. Facilitate first time right introduction of Engineering Changes (ECs) into ASML’s ERP system, by training and advising EC project team members.3. Enforce correct enrichment of material master and Bill of Material (BOM) data into ERP system.4. Sign-off for data quality in global EC process. (CM2)5. Create and maintain worldwide material master and BOM master data in the ERP system.6. Define and maintain worldwide master data guidelines and work instructions for maintenance of material master and BOM master data.7. Execute master data changes based on data quality reports.

Responsible for managing all complaints which are received from retailers who carry the brands of Van Megen Sports Group BV. (Prince, Tretorn, Nordica, Rollerblade). Primary contact for all aspects of complaint handling, repairs and claim settlement. This is including financial, administrative and logistical tasks.
