Saronno Holding S.p.A..The production includes extracts (functional and non functional), concentrates, powders, alcolates, lipoextracts and aromas (both liquid, atomized and carried) which are mainly used in the production of liquors by Saronno Holding (Disaronno, Aurum, Amaro 18, Mandarinetto, Zucca, Artic and others).The production is performed using the most up-to-date technologies: under-vacuum distillation in a vapor stream, ultrasound concentration and atomization.Responsibilities: Main duties for the position are the coordination and control of the personnel and of the activities performed inside the plant, with a particular attention to the production process and to the related departments (analyses laboratory included).Main duties include:• Personnel management: hirings and layoffs, disciplinary sanctions;• Purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, maintenance services, technical and directive consultancy, commercial activities;• Representation of the Company when dealing with public Authorities: Municipalities and Territorial Authorities, Prefectures, Ministries...;• Internal laboratories activities management: quality control, research and development, samples production;• Application and maintenance of all the procedures necessary to comply with the health and safety legislation both for personnel and for the alimentary industry;• Management of the payments due by the Company (receiving and requiring the due payments).

MANE ITALIA s.r.l. is a company that produces flavouring, essences, natural extracts, additives and semifinished products for ice cream and confectionery. The Company has been operating in the industrial and handmade sector implementing the most up-to-date production technology and since 2000 it has been part of the MANE Group, an international organisation and leader in the production of flavours.Responsibilities: in charge of the entire production process, including management of personnel and of all departments related to the production process (laboratory), aimed at obtaining a product meeting the company standards. Main duties include:• Management of all the production phases with quality control of raw materials, processes and finished products;• Elaboration and drafting of technical and safety specifications for the finished products;• Study and development of new products;• Management of accounts for the sale of food additives and stabilizers (emulsifiers and thickeners)• Planning and application of instructions and procedures necessary to obtain the ISO 9001 certification, issued by Bureau Veritas in January 2011;• Official R.S.P.P. worker representative;• Management and application of the self-monitoring system H.A.C.C.P.;• Training of personnel and elaboration of standard operating procedures;• Participation in the programming of computerized management control of all the production phases, with subsequent application of the Navision (Microsoft) system currently in use.

Main duties include:• Testing and quality control of foodstuffs, compliance to specifications, preservation, turnover and their implementation;• Planning and updating of specifications for the supply of food products;• Coordination of the technical and dietary phases of the Centre’s programming, preparation and distribution of meals, control of their conformity to standards of hygiene, nutrition, etc.;• Definition and management of a software for the computerization of the management control and of the productive phases;• Planning, application and management of the H.A.C.C.P. self-monitoring system, training of personnel and elaboration of standard operating procedures;• Customer service management.
