• Part of project team that successfully lead to the spin-off of the securities services from Unicredit to Societè Generale.• Hired in order to improve and manage the operational area dedicated to funds (Funds Operations: Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency) and manage part of the relation with Unicredit (service manager).. • Managed a large Backoffice (180 fte), as well as improving operating performance of application processing, billing, commissions, and customer service.• Successfully managed the integration with Societè Generale.• Implemented several systems in Italy that produced operational improvements, organizational change, increased customer satisfaction, and enhanced profitability. • Orchestrated many project teams in improving business processes and ensuring optimum performance.• Provided ongoing operational process analysis, communicated project status and identified and resolved operational issues and constraints.• Managed project resources, progress, completion timeframes, and budget while exceeding key operational performance targets.

This challenging project lead to a complete rationalisation of the business inside UniCredit group (merger of Depository Banks, merger of the Management Companies, rationalisation of the distributors and reshaping of the funds).• Successfully managed the start-up of the Depository Bank department. Designed the new operative model, identified the technical platform and recruited people. • Managed the Depository Bank department (30 employee).• Always involved as co-manager in several asset management projects inside UniCredit group. • Co-developed and implemented sales/marketing strategy in order to develop Depository Bank business on third parties clients.
