Projects/Main Activities:- to create an industrial system management based on continuos improvement- to manage the organization of all processes of Manufacturing (Production, Logistic, Safety, Quality)- to assure the correct application of the quality’s methodologies (WCM) of the main processes of offer, project development, launch of production and Order Dispatch, planning and realizing internal audits;- to coordinate the internal activity for the certification, relased by Associations / third Institutes / Corporate body, of the quality System management for Headquarters and Plants;- to coordinate and to follow-up, with internal audits, the definition and realization of the improvement plans compliant with the customers quality standards (e.g. the customer satisfaction, no quality costs etc.).- to elaborate rules, instructions and job methods according with the qualitative requirements of product / process of the plants

- Quality Team management- Certifications management (ISO 9001:2008; ISO/TS 16949:2009)- Stabilization and standardization of processes and procedures- Customers claims management- Complaints towards suppliers and suppliers evaluation- Returns management and evaluation- Interface with customers for quality issues

To manage current problems for action plans and to remove the deviations from the requirements of quality To manage the Supplier Quality System with standards and specifications of external supply
