My customers go to all our destinations such as UK (English Channel and Amsterdam-Newcastle), Ireland (Dunkirk-Rosslare), Norway (Copenhagen-Oslo) and the Baltics (Kiel-Klaipeda and Karlshamn-Klaipeda). In my role I look after our tour operators, coach tour operators, wholesalers and travel agencies. I am selling actively and support our partners in their activities towards the market, help solving issues and provide them with relevant information. I do this by personal contact, by attending fairs, trade shows and road shows, by do fam trips and webinars.On top of this, I belong to the project team for the introduction of DFDS‘ new passenger route Dunkirk-Rosslare and I am member of the core team of Amsterdam-Newcastle route.
