I supported the management, planning and execution of the Post-Merger and Integration strategy of one of the most notable players in the Food & Beverage industry.More in detail, I supported the PMI lead in day to day PMO activities including:- Setup and administration of project teams space.- Scheduling of integration status meetings.- Milestone tracking and reporting.- Coordination of deliverables with functional leads and activities between workstreams.

Analysis of financial feasibility and social economic impact related to potential investments. The activities carried out regarded the mapping of competitors, development of a business plan, creation of insights regarding the legal/corporate context, taxes and financial incentives linked to the various type of initiatives.

Supervision of accounting and financial projections inside the company. Specifically, i followed the creation of budgets for the 2021 year.

Assisting and coordinating with the Event Manager for various contest, managing logistics,coordinating with vendors, managing timelines and delivering on brand expectations.In addition to event coordination, I was also involved in the design and execution of a digitallead generation project for a major Serie A team. My role included developing the strategy andanalyzing performance metrics to optimize the campaign.
