With over 27 years of experience as a leader and management consultant; I have developed a passion for solving complex problems, leading innovative solutions, and improving processes across various industries and domains. Having trained as a Force Manager for an organization of over 1.5 million people, I have learned the importance of proper strategic planning and life-cycle considerations. I have also acquired a diverse set of skills and credentials in aerospace, mechanical, and systems engineering, international business, and security administration.I have been responsible for the successful leadership and management of Electrical & Mechanical Engineering aboard a Nuclear Aircraft Carrier while also supporting Air Operations at War. I have been part of Teams that successfully supported the mission and lives of over 46,000 people. I am proud to have also been essential in preparing our Team and our Ship for Refuel and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) Maintenance; successfully extending the lifetime of our Nuclear Aircraft Carrier for another two decades. I am happy to have had the privilege of working with fantastic Teams where I served as project manager, leader, train-the-trainer expert and interagency operations coordinator at several organizations. I have also partnered with successful leaders where we shared diverse responsibilities, such as Security Administration, Fire & Emergency Response Trainer, Human Resources, Aerospace, Engineering, Higher Education Educator and Community Service Leader. I have had the opportunity of overseen the design, development, and testing of complex engineering systems, vehicles and other related systems. I am also a Bridge Venture Fellow at Blackstone, where I have dedicated efforts in identifying and evaluating new opportunities, conducting due diligence, and analyzing strategic advice. My mission is to bridge the gap between engineering and business, and to leverage my expertise in strategy, aerospace, and policy to create value and impact for my clients and partners. I believe in building and nurturing strong teams that can achieve success by efficiently cultivating the best traits and abilities of their members, and by collaborating and learning from each other. I seek to share my knowledge with the next generation of leaders in our Communities and make each other stronger.
