Part of the Project Team of Logistic Integration within all 6 local healthcare public companies of the AVEC area (Area Vasta Emilia Centrale, Italy). Strategical and Technical support to the Head of the project in charge at S. Orsola-Malpighi University Hospital (Bologna, Italy). The aim of the project is to centralize procurement process, warehouses and transportation (420 M € the estimate value of goods shipped in a year). Major assignments are: developing Handling and Transportation contract, creation of common encodings, defining Service Level to the wards and internal Warehouse Management (Supply Chain Management).Support the Logistic Director in the Regional Project for the developing and adoption of a single ERP for all the local healthcare public companies of the Emilia Romagna Region (GAAC Project).Managing the transition to complete dematerialization of the order and delivery note with suppliers of S. Orsola Malpighi Hospital (PEPPOL Project). Managing a 4 year project with a major medical devices’ supplier for the adoption of RFID technology in the Hospital’s Supply Chain to increase productivity, tracking of the goods and to automate the Ward’s warehouse (Project Management). Developing of KPI with Business Intelligence software (Business Object) for all the process of the Logistic Unit: contracts control, operations, transportations, customers claims, stock management
