The result is a more balanced and less risky “Route to Market”. •As a consequence of a more efficient operating model, I focused on the organization to meet the market opportunities that led to sales growth of + 3%, increasing the market share by + 1.5pp in CR. PA grew + 4% and I recovered + 1pp of market share. •Additionally, I successfully led the migration process from the local DERBY® brand to the international CHESTERFIELD® brand, managing to retain the 90% consumer base under the plan. -

All these processes allowed me to deliver +19% in annual sales. • I led a multifunctional process to ship the P&G products from our warehouses in Mexico to the distribution center in Walmart Costa Rica.
