- Re-build & lead 4 persons payroll outsourcing team, 4 payroll specialist & 2 payroll officer to provide secondment & payroll outsourcing services for over 2000 headcounts to over 30 MNC & well-known local company.- Participate in all compensation & benefits policies, processes and initiatives, including monthly payroll, final payment, staff benefits administration, MPF & taxation management.- Approve all payroll files, provide hands-on payroll calculations, payroll reporting, employer's return and MPF filing to meet each clients needs.- Work closely to finance team for monthly budgets monitoring and ensure payment was settled before payroll date.- Continuously review payroll processes, workflow and review working tools & process improvement to ensure efficiencies and make sure all client payroll are in compliance to legal requirements- Provide necessary support to the payroll system transformation, implementation, and enhancement progress.

HR Payroll Service:- Lead a small payroll team, around 3-4 persons overseeing HR service for over 1,000 headcounts to local and MNC companies in Hong Kong.- Participate in all compensation & benefits policies, processes and initiatives, including monthly payroll, final payment, staff benefits administration, MPF & taxation management.- Meeting with client to review current HR scheme and workflow.- Monitor and advise clients to comply with Hong Kong employment ordinance and local regulations.- Check payroll service progress, identify potential risk and problems.- Develop marketing plan, estimates time and resource, implement sales & marketing strategies, organize exhibition.- Collaborates on HRIS project requirements, analysis business needs, prepare documents.- To design and manage HR recruitment and payroll system revamp project from first phase to project end and launch, including of hardware and software budgeting, writing necessary development documents to software developers.- Prepare system test case and apply HR knowledge & regulations to the system.

- Handle the full recruitment process, prepare job description, identifying right candidates from interview, presenting candidates to match clients' job requirements.- To provide professional advice and guidance to both clients and candidates.- Work background check, references and verification of identity.

- Daily office administration and clerical support, review and implement office policies and procedures, safety and office security rules.- Organize and manage office renovation/relocation.- Manage and track office communications, letters and documents.- Organize meetings, exhibitions and events.- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
