• Developed an Optical Table Cleaning Device that reduced cleaning times from 24 hours to 4 hours by implementing a 2x2 rotating cleaning mechanism that cleaned 4 threaded holes in 7 seconds.• Fabricated a circuit to control the electronics of the cleaning device by implementing an Arduino Uno that controlled the timing of the pressurized air, a push button to start the cleaning timer, and a motor to rotate 4 cleaning nozzles. • Received an Honorable Mention at Georgia Tech Spring 2024 Capstone Design Expo for the Optical Table Cleaning Device.• Collaborated with KLA Mechanical Design Engineers to achieve Class 100 Cleanroom specifications by designing and implementing o-rings, a welded body, and sealed pipe fittings in SolidWorks to prevent air leakages when in use.
