PSU Soccer Club is dedicated to enriching child learning through character development, leadership, team-building skills, and establishing strong community ties.• Certified for 11v11 soccer through the U.S. Soccer Federation Grassroots Coaching Programs• Construct tactical and technical training sessions for 7 and 8 year old girls in an effort to increase knowledge of the sport and achieve success• Create and implement individualized learning plans for each player based on experience and skill level to ensure equity in player development• Coordinate with Directors of Coaching, coaches, and parents from multiple clubs to organize game schedules• Assist with recruitment and development for the club through tryouts and soccer camps

Milwaukee Succeeds is a community-wide collective impact initiative, focused on changing the education system in Milwaukee to help all children, in every school, succeed from cradle to career.In my role as Data Coordinator I implement and manage the FAFSA Completion Project involving collection and dissemination of school level FAFSA completion data to all high schools in Milwaukee, WI.I collect, analyze, and report educational data on the Milwaukee Succeeds website for community-wide consumption and understanding of Milwaukee’s educational profile.I quantify and qualify grant making history for five philanthropic organizations to align funding and maximize impact of future awarded grants.I dis-aggregate, analyze, and translate raw data into user friendly data visualizations so that colleagues and partners can understand, collaborate and address educational inequalities and issues in the city.I collaborate with Milwaukee non-profit representatives to construct a Culturally Responsive Practices Technical Assistance training program to expand culturally responsive practices among non-profits in the city.

The DePaul University Quantitative Reasoning Center (QRC) aims to help DePaul students become confident and critical users of all kinds of quantitative information. This program oversees two quantitative reasoning courses and employs student tutors that provide free tutoring inside and outside of the classroom, in an effort to ensure the success of as many students as possible. In my role as Laboratory Manager, I:• Supervised weekly schedules for over 30 student tutors and trained new hires on policies and procedures to maintain efficiency in our tutoring services• Updated over one hundred database files used for quantitative reasoning classes to include accurate and relevant data related to course goals• Analyzed U.S. labor statistics, U.S. immigration statistics, CDC health and wellness data to identify new trends to be used in class and for course assignments• Audited the Quantitative Reasoning Center website to reflect up-to-date services and changes to scheduling to maximize the number of students reached
