I'm a diverse professional with 15+ years of experience in corporate communications. I've worn several hats throughout my career, including social investment, communications manager, program director, and outreach manager. These days, I'm proud to serve as a Community Liaison in the HIV field.For seven years, I have been creating awareness about HIV prevention and treatment in South Florida. It is a great privilege to have been acknowledged by the City of Miami with the SAVE LGBTQ 2019 People's Luminary Award for my contributions.Some of my contributions to the HIV field in the USA, have been featured in national and international media outlets like NPR, BBC World, Plus Magazine, and others. Originally from Venezuela, I now call the USA my home. Over the years, I've honed my public speaking, community outreach, and stakeholder management skills.My work has covered various topics, from corporate social responsibility and governmental affairs to the food and construction industries.In my current role, I'm passionate about enhancing access to care for communities of color and immigrants through disrupting disparities.
