Veyance Technologies, Inc. manufactured and marketed rubber products domestically and internationally, company provided hydraulics, power transmission, air springs, conveyor belts, rubber track, industrial hose, and molded products.As Controller LATAM I was responsible for:- management of general and cost accounting using the JDE and SAP ERP system with US GAAP reporting and consolidation of reports from Latin American countries- management of the tax department, including transfer pricing and Indirect tax- preparation and consolidation of the budget and the quarterly forecast reviews using the Hyperion system- the economic viability study of new projects (built to suit) and business planning;- profitability and operating margin analysis of Gross Margin, EBIT, EBITDA, Cashflow and Working Capital indicators- Responsible for work related to SOX and attendance to internal and external auditing;As a member of the senior team, I also participated in projects such as:- leader of the spin-off project of the engineering products division of Goodyear of Brazil and the effective sale of the company to The Carlyle Group;- creation of the new accounting and financial organization of the new company and its implementation of ERP systems;- implementation of internal documentation and SOX program;- led the projects to open two new industrial units in São Paulo, including a new global business unit;- finance leader in the acquisition of the company RCT located in Belo Horizontein 2009;- led the project to implement the SAP 6C system with go-live in 14 months.My direct team was 21 people in the financial team and direct report to VP America Latina and Global Controller in the United States.

Arthur Andersen BPO was one of the biggest players in the Brazilian market offering bookeeping and outsourcing services (general accounting, finance, treasury, taxes and human resources) to national and multinational companies.
