As Project Coordinator within Booking.com's Translations & Content Agency I collaborated with teams and departments across the company to source, create and curate industry-best destination and property-level content. Based in Booking.com's headquarters, I worked alongside Product Owners and Strategic Leads to continuously optimise Booking.com platforms by providing localised, high-quality content, in 41 languages. Managing global projects from start to finish, I established guidelines, processes and milestones for project contributors to abide by. These included Content Specialists and Language Specialists based in 50+ offices worldwide, Copywriters and Photo Editors, as well as a team of Content Executives whom I oversaw.I was responsible for all elements of project planning and execution, including identifying scope and scalability, defining measurements of success, managing timelines and deadlines, and providing feedback. I established quality standards and maintenance cycles, ensuring customers were provided with the freshest, most relevant content. Project by project, I identified cost-cutting and time-saving measures, implementing these to continuously optimise project delivery. This role demanded excellent communication and organisation skills, as well as analytical capabilities (Excel and SQL) and an ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders.
