The Level 3 Support Engineer role is primarily responsible for providing top level technical support of the perimeter security infrastructure, which includes firewall, proxy and remote access systems. This role will provide investigation, documentation, and resolution of outages to critical business systems that may be caused by firewall, proxy, or similar systems. An L3 engineer will be responsible for the ultimate resolution of security incidents with peer engineering teams, vendors, or other technical resource teams.
