My primary goal as a designer is to gain more knowledge project after project, to deliver a well-rounded user experience whether I'm working on a physical or virtual project. Each aspect of a project process, from conceptualisation to development and preparation for production/release, is linked to the user experience. I find fascinating the capability that designers have to change users behaviours with small and subtle design choices. Indeed, it's our purpose to shape a product experience to benefit both the user and the environment in the least disruptive way possible.
