Reporting directly to the owners, I was in charge of all the export markets for the sales of all the bread products (frozen and ATM) and pasteurized egg products. in the first 12 months of activity I developed the turnover of some of the existing customers with an increase, in some cases of 50% with respect to what had been sold to them in average in the past 5 years. I then contributed acquiring new important customers in UK, Taiwan and Australia with a combined potential turnover of over 300.000 Euro/year. I also generated commercial negotiations with new potential customers, with a serious interest in being supplied by the company. I was in direct contact with the three producing units of Amelia, Rome and Spoleto, managing the quality claims and the development of new products requested by customers. The job experience was terminated by the fact that the group, due to financial problems, decided to discontinue the production of frozen products, which costituited the core business of the export acitivity. At the moment of the shut down of the plant, the company, though, was still receiving customer orders from accounts I contributed establishing, which could not be honoured. Show less
