My mission is helping companies design and plan their technological evolution, choose the most suitable technology and manage that change. My activities are focused on the following information systems: ERP, CRM, B2B and B2C Commerce, Business Intelligence.Key competencies:• 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: I analyze current processes and activities and design the future evolution of information systems for the company. It is a critical operation that will help the company imagine its future processes and plan that change.• 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭: I manage software selection of ERP, CRM, B2B and B2C Commerce platform with an approach independent of any software vendors or system integrators. The software selection is conducted with a structured and rigorous method, in order to measure and evaluate each competitor objectively on their merits as well as their suitability on the project. I also support the company by writing the supply contracts.• 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: I work to ensure the achievement of the objectives defined in the design phase. I manage, with a consolidated methodology, the implementation phases of new technological systems.My passion for big data and analytics drove me deepen into 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, which I see as a key instrument for analyzing businesses and guiding management decisions. I have managed many Business Intelligence projects, first with Qlik and now with Power BI.When I’m not working, I spend my time with my family and playing sports.
