As long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the diversity and complexity of humannature. My curiosity and sensitivity, lead me to study and earn a Master’s degree in Psychology, driving me to become a therapist, a trainer, a researcher and later to career in corporate HR. My life took a turn 10 years ago, when I chose to put my booming HR career on hold to become a home dad. The most compelling, enriching, rewarding yet challenging “job” I’ve ever held. As my kids got older, I longed to re-connect to a self-fulfilling activity. Coaching was an natural choice and gave me the flexibility I needed to do what I love: exercise my passion for human relations while leveraging on my vast experience in people development services. Today, as a certified Co-Active coach, I thrive coaching people from all horizons, of all shapes and sizes, all walks of life, from Russia to California, from adolescents to senior citizens who have an infinite richness of demands. As a Personal Development Coach, I pride myself in bringing the best out of the incredible people I coach and work with. I believe we all have untapped potential and we are much more resourceful than we know thus intrinsically capable to overcome the obstacles that burden our lives. My job is to help you find or reveal these resources, develop them, as well as encourage you to trust and rely on them. My role is to challenge established perspectives, battle complacency, and continuously expand boundaries, getting you to build your life story and own it as it unfolds. There is nothing more gratifying than witnessing people’s satisfaction as they transform, gain ownership of their own lives, turning their potential into capacity.
