Production of the live format: Red Bull OPI'm collaborating alongside Head of Communication Andrea Contino in managing Red Bull OP S2, a bi-weekly Twitch live show. The format features interviews with gaming guests who are then challenged in their specialty games, with modified rules for added excitement. Alongside hosts Simone "Vking" and Marco Mottura.Responsibilities:• Technical studio preparations for live broadcasts• Artistic direction during pre-live production broadcasts.• Talent scouting and management, often in coordination with differents talent agencies.• Oversight of post-broadcast content creation for Reels/TikTok with an external editor.• Directing live streams, managing the chat, and using interactive activities to boost engagement.• Coordination and direction of graphics and GFX for program graphics, intros, and custom emojis for the channel.Production of Web Series and Twitch Format: Red Bull Street StreamerRed Bull Street Streamer is a series of episodes and live streams, featuring stops at major events in Italy, interviewing special guests, and spanning the gaming and sports worlds, along with Red Bull's own events. The journey follows a branded studio van, equipped for streaming across Italy, hosted by Dario “Moonryde” Ferracci and accompanied by YouTuber Matteo "Cane Secco" Bruno. Responsibilities:• Assisting Content Manager Francesca Mottola and Gaming Manager Cristina Corrada in project management, working closely with Slim Dogs production house.• Acting as a corporate liaison for Slim Dogs regarding permissions and agreements.• Providing consultation and direction for graphic design, GFX, live set, and specific ads.• Collaborating on production planning with the team, including activity planning, timelines, management, and resource allocation.• Ensuring production aligns with goals and deadlines.

I collaborated with CUS Milano Esport in the organization of the Milan University Championships: an event-series consisting of online tournaments that entailed one Open Final played in person. It has been held during summer, with the Open Final taking place in June at PalaCUS.

As a Student Brand Manager at Red Bull, my job was to ensure that a positive and credible brand image was delivered to the student community by continually activating creative, innovative, and daring initiatives.
