In this function responsible for the workplace management, software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Nav, CRM, Microsoft Office, VPN, Citrix, Bartender and ExSION) and the telecom. The activities are ensuring the availability of the systems/ software for the European organization, change management and contact with the suppliers.The most important activities are related to the ERP-system (Microsoft Dynamics Nav), which includes the specification of changes, testing of changes and guidance on new/changed functionality in the organization. In 2010 a large project was started to migrate the ERP-system to new version, followed by a worldwide roll out of the system. As team member took care for the documentation, training and knowledge transfer to the Asian and American organization.

The first objective was the implementation and the European roll out of ‘CRM’ related parts in Microsoft Dynamics Nav. The activities were (re-)defining the functionality, making documentation and training the sales force. Most important aims were to secure the knowledge of existing customers, to improve the sales forecast, supporting the product/ market development and defining performance indicators. At the end of 2007 the scope of the activities was expanding with other modules of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (e.g. sales & receivables, purchase & payables, quality control), reporting and other ICT activities.

For a large telecom company worked on the process design for the sales and delivery organization. This new process was needed for the introduction of a new telecom/ internet product. After the processes were worked out, supporting the organization with the implementation of the process in the call en services centers.
