Senior investment professional with 15+ years experience in real estate. Currently responsible for selecting and monitoring € 6 bln of non-listed real estate funds for institutional investors.My (international) experience includes real estate investment management (direct, non-listed and listed, market & investment analysis, M&A, consulting and project management) asset management (property plans, leasing, tenant discussions) and portfolio management (portfolio strategy and reporting, managing the property team, seat in supervisory boards and discussions with professional investors).Past successes include:• Selection of a non-listed Dutch property fund for a client• Over € 500 mio of healthcare real estate acquisitions• Redevelopment of a 115.000 m2 shopping centre in Helsinki• Setting up a Public Private Partnership between the city of Amsterdam, social housing corporation Stadgenoot and two large pension funds for investing € 100+ mio in monumental buildings in central Amsterdam (client ROI >> 10% per annum)• Raising over € 350 mio of capital• Sale of a € 400 mio residential portfolio (at a 15% premium)• Setting up and managing real estate portfolios and teamsI live in the historic city centre of Leiden togehter with my partner.
