After some fun times on the road, I came home and began working with my college roommate producing high end entertainment (MWR) for the troops at US military bases around the world that I’d played previously. Deciding to go back to real estate, I earned my Brokers license in 2005 and hung my shingle in Menifee, California where for 7 years I was one of the top listing and selling agents of bank owned properties in SW Riverside County. After running my own brokerage for 7 years in 2012 I began to look at large brokerages in Temecula. I decided to join KW in Temecula and while there I was consistently in the top 5 agents yearly for four consecutive years. I served twice on the Agent Associate Leadership Council, and when asked by the owners, took on a management position as the Market Center Team Leader. In 2016 I began getting called by and was eventually recruited by Coldwell Banker - Temecula. I have closed over 480 transactions, sold 50+ more homes then the average agent, and rank in the top 2% of real estate agents in the Temecula Valley.
