During the feasibility study, I analyse the supply specifications, collect the customer's technical specifications and compare them with the characteristics of the machine portfolio in order to identify the necessary adaptations and, with the help of the technical office, quantify the times and costs.I follow all the phases of the project implementation, the analysis of the scope of supply, the planning, the management of the relations with the customer, with a part of the suppliers and internally with all the departments involved, from the kick-off meeting to the SAT.

I follow the project from handover to FAT. In this role I have to communicate with: sales, application, engineering, logistics and finance departments. I inform the customer of the status of the project through weekly reports or weekly meetings and I manage any technical or economic aspects that arise during each phase of the project.

Then I moved to the Mechanical Department (engine, transmission and braking systems) at the Lugo di Romagna headquarters, dealing with spare parts for tractors destined for the American Star, Case and New Holland markets.
