Reporting to the Managing Director of Electronics Division, accountable for the procurement of equipment, systems, parts and materials. The role extends to overseeing strategic sourcing and supplier relationships in both Italy and the UK. Managing an annual spending of around EUR 3.0 billion and leading a diverse team spanning both locations. Current responsibilities include developing and implementing procurement strategies that harmonize with the division's objectives, establishing mid and long-term contracts with suppliers, pursuing optimization of external costs, the improvement of the performance and the development of the supply chain, implementation of sustainability programs.

Overall responsibility and accountability for quality. Guarantees the continual compliance of quality standards for products and processes to ensure system reliability, consistency and safety.

Full responsibility of the Business Area overall results (sales, revenues and margin) both in the naval and land domain; work with the navy and the army worldwide for contract execution and business development.

Full responsibility of the Business Area overall results both in the national and international land optronics market.Support and coordination of project management office, bidding review, support to sales during bidding and project phases, internal meeting with planning and finance office, contract review, risk management.

Program management of Land Optronics International projects. Contributing to the Land Optronics BA development supporting the sales department in the bid process: Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements; Managing the proposal team to define the right solution; Economic and T&C definition.

Project management of international projects (EMEA countries). Guiding the design, delivery and integration of innovative technology solution on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction. Experience on cost-effective solution to set-up a complete assembly line right from manufacturing to shipping.

Leading Project Team to design IR imagers. Representative in multi-national Sensors & Electronics Technology (SET) Panels on Advanced Thermal Imagers, within NATO Research & Technology Organisation (RTO).
