Preparing detailed plans of water storage tanks, pump stations, groundwater wells, piping, water treatment facilities, electrical systems, and water main installations including valves, services, and fire hydrants. Create construction drawings from a variety of sources, including field surveys, title and deed information, project engineer’s field notes, existing as-built documents and verbal instructions. Updating atlas maps and distribution plans per completed as-built plans.Involvement in Continuous Improvement, which included the implementation of AutoCAD drafting instead of hand-drafting in order to improve operation efficiency and cost. Trained various operations clerks with the basic knowledge of AutoCAD to prepare electronic documentation of as-built plans. Also created a template to fulfill the needs of the operations clerks.
