• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and multiplex systems in the Subsea Product Line.• Responsible for the control and administration of the contracts with the purpose of guaranteeing the fulfillment of contractual obligations of service and equipment availability.• Interface and meetings with the various departments involved, as well as with the client (Contracts/Tax Managers) and subcontractors.• Knowing the contract and the conditions of scope, deadlines and measurement, as well as participating, implementing and monitoring the established operational activities.• Planning and conducting detailed studies and critical analysis of the contracts, accompanying the physical execution planning (sporadic embarks to activities related to the Subsea area: installation/uninstallation of Tubing Hangers and Wet Christmas Tree).• Control and financial understanding of the contracts - Purchase Order, Budget, Profits and losses (Revenue, Inventory Costs, Operating Expenses, Sales, Marketing and administrative costs, Total overhead allocations, EBIT, cash flow, Forecast and Bid).• Financial control of discounts on contracts for the application of KPIs, Non-Productive Time (NPT) and penalties.• Development and control of BAD's, BM's, RM's, RDO's, Penalties Letters, Failure Analysis and Maintenance Evidence.• Elaboration of defense to notifications of penalties and readjustments negotiation.• Identifying optimization opportunities in contracts, avoiding costs, and seeking to winning opportunities.• Collecting data with offshore/onshore staff and providing data to update control worksheets, schedules and maintenance reports.• Meeting the internal and external monitoring requirements and keeping record of the events that are in non-conformity with the scope, time and costs of the contract and advise Operations and Contracts management on contractual obligations and reporting to ensure that safety and quality are being maintained throughout the time

Acting in the coordination area in the production sector in Continental Dunlop Oil Marine’s first hose factory in Brazil.From November/2015 until January/2016Direct contact with the Production Coordinator and Plant Manager for Continental in Macaé.Responsibilities:- Give support in the development and creation of production monitoring spreadsheets, work instructions and operational training.- Daily filling of spread sheets and general documents of the production department.- Make purchase quotations and requisitions at CEOS of production auxiliary materials.- Follow up on and control minimum stock of auxiliary materials- Follow up on, control and replace minimum stock of uniforms for the productions contributors.- Follow up on, control and raise the needs of new equipment, tools, cabinets, office materials and auxiliary materials for the production department.- Give support in conducting production inventories in specific areas as requires the defined frequency.- Follow up on and help implementing improvement projects in the productive system.- Give support in the new contributors integration process in the production department.
