Sustaining Efforts• Performed tolerance analyses on ECG patient modules• Calculated theoretical forces to estimate user input force to eject batteries on ECG modules• Analyzed 3D CT scans of the modules to compare the nominal dimensions to actual dimensions to determine variance• Conducted experimental testing using a force gauge and height gauge to determine the actual input force required to eject module batteries• Suggested three to four practical assembly solutions to address ECG module issues based on investigative test findings• Presented bimonthly PowerPoint presentations on Microsoft Teams to showcase project progressionProcess Improvement Efforts• Designed and assembled a cable bending test fixture within a five-week timeline with an electrical engineer, creating an Arduino-controlled fixture that could test up to fifteen cables at once• Created and presented a PowerPoint presentation on the test fixture's design process, from customer requirements to the final assembled product, to the Philips mechanical team via Microsoft Teams
