Worked on significant business changes involving the exit and entry of brands and products within the company's portfolio.• Implemented Operational Excellence (OPEX) systems such as Lean, TPM, and IWS to improve productivity and production reliability, reaching historical records in performance for all VICK lines. Efficient management of various projects and initiatives throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain, including process automation, implementation of product serialization, improvements in packaging processes, Quality and regulatory improvements, and efforts to maximize operational efficiency.• Managed complex projects to install new production lines for formulated pharmaceutical products and a Facial Mask production line, which generated impressive savings for the company during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Led the Autonomous Maintenance activities in the areas working with 80+ collaborators to identify and eliminate losses (Kaizen, Why-why, 6W2H) in manufacturing and facilities areas. During this time, I also worked with Progressive Maintenance, Continuous Improvement of KPIs, and Work Process Improvements (TPM methodologies, Lean Manufacturing) in facilities and utilities areas improving standards and bringing savings to the company.
