I am a strong believer in continuous improvement both on the personal and professional sphere and I love the challenge of overcoming difficult situations together. I am a natural enthusiast and it is easy to get me on board for projects focused on tackling problems. I have been living in China for the since 2007 and have worked both in Chinese companies and foreign companies (mostly Swiss and German companies) on both a national (China), regional (APAC) and global level (board). While I have been involved in several aspects of the business, I fell in love with the world of operations and everything around it : production, supply chain, lean management, and so on. I have been privileged to work with awesome leaders from all over the world and I strive to be able to pass on their legacy to all the people I end up working with. I have been blessed to lead some awesome colleagues from different countries of the world such as India, Korea, Japan, China, Indonesia, Germany, Australia and more. Each of them left an impression on me and helped me become a better person and a better leader. Since end 2018 I am working with a Marshall Goldsmith certified coach to improve my leadership and my capacity to lead my team.My education includes a bachelor degree in Chinese language and history, an EMBA from Zhongshan university in Guangzhou as well as University of Minnesota where I was voted "best student" by my classmates and a six sigma black belt, both of which I received while working full time jobs.I have always had P&L responsibility for the units I managed.
