It takes a communityI coordinate with students, staff, teachers, and families. I make sure we are on the same page to support our students during the after-school program. I communicate with the parents and see how we can work together and make our student successful. I coach my staff to become great leaders inside and outside the classroom in order to have a high-quality program, and become successful professionals.I am a data-driven and critical thinker site director who is compassionate in provide the best to our program, students, staff, and families. While being in non-profit sector for years, I've grown my skills full-circle project management, conflict resolution, social-emotional, classroom management, coaching, lesson flow, community engagement, data analysis, recording keeping, and family resource. My passion has been elevating my staff in their leadership and professional skills, finding the right resource to our families, and discovering the right support to our students in congruent with the school administrator and teachers.Outside of work, I am discovering new hiking trails, exploring community and cultural festivals, listening to a variety of podcast, hanging out with my family, and exploring new breweries.
