I worked as Technical Project Manager for Sanitas, technically leading the videoconsultation project from its inception to the current situation as leaders in telemedicine in Spain and growing strongly in other countries where Bupa is working. As TPM, I managed the complete life cycle of the solution, participating in the initial design, coordinating the development team, ensuring the stability and scalability of the service and always trying to add value on the new features defined together with the business team.

Worked as Project Manager for Vodafone, leading the Fulfillment One Way Mobile Project that unifies Ono and Vodafone’s systems, processes and clients after the integration of both companies, trying to bring value to their business.

Worked as technical responsible at SESAR Project framed at the Single European Sky ATM Research (SESAR) Programme that will give Europe a high-performance Air Traffic Management infrastructure which will enable the safe and environmentally friendly development of air transport. Specifically, I lead the R&D team in charge of provide a common, accurate and collaborative rolling plan as a basis to Airport actors to make decisions optimizing their processes.As the R&D team leader, I'm tried to test and incorporate new features to the original project requirements, in order to improve the value we are giving to airports, companies and air traffic managers.

Worked as a Project Manager for Vodafone, leading the Vodafone Loyalty Program for personal and business users.My main responsibilities were the new products requirements' analysis, testing of new developments and planning the development team's daily work.As remarkable note, I'd like to comment that I took part in this project since its beginning, from what I've seen the Vodafone Loyalty Program grow from its birth to become the best Spain's Loyalty Program between Mobile Companies.

Worked as Senior Programming Developer to Hewlett-Packard (HP), taking part in the work-team of Health Department, and programming some modules of the aplication 'HPHIS', using J2EE Architecture.

Worked as programming developer for the BBVA group, as a member of the work-team of Distributed Infrastructure of Virtual Channels. Specifically, I took part in the development, support and maintenance of the distance bank application called "BbvaNetCash", using CBTF Architecture
