Responsible for investigating upstream oil and gas obstacles related to waste in logistics and sourcing in the Supply Chain. Actively contributing to the success of major projects through the delivery of valuable analysis, reports, and key metrics. Compiled data in order to forecast projects up to 6 months related to active workover rigs in the Permian and Delaware region, additionally provided oversight on proppant, fluid disposal & hauling spend to improve planning. Additionally, partnered with multiple groups in the supply chain department to minimize cost and meet department goals. Equally important, collaborating with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvements.Key Achievements:Partnered in project to eliminate annual proppant hauling costs by implementing a logistics management system; completed the entire process within 3 months, with a resulting $240,000 in annual savings. Accurately processed proppant purchase order requests for vendors totaling up to $500K / month.Identified patterns in frac sand data to recognize recent market increase and shared conclusions with the department, resulting in a 10% reduction in sand rates.Precisely performed quarterly supplier performance reviews with internal scorecards in order to identify areas of improvement.Assisted in a Centralized cost control department to minimize spend in completions, drilling, GOM and production which related to cost verification, logging and contract management.
