I worked on Mobile TV (DVB-H) business consulting packages and proposals for customers in Brazil, Mexico and Uruguay and also developed IPTV holistic, end-to-end consulting packages and proactive approaches covering portfolio, process and technology for customers in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela. The later employed innovative cross-functional approaches and were a first reference in global toolkit. Training courses in USA and Brazil.

I was leader of cross-functional "Innovations & Solutions" group of Carrier Networks involving 60+ experts (partial time activity). The group worked strategically with ideas, entrepreneurially using their reach to bring new products to market. Thanks to this group Siemens Brazil joined the Carrier Innovation Network of Siemens AG in 2006. The group added innovative services to portfolio and global innovation database. It was presented by the Local Company as reference in Workshop organized by Siemens AG at end '06.

I worked with GSM Transmission planning in Brazil and Chile (incl. Santiago): I developed and employed a "prospective" BSC transmission planning optimizing customer´s OPEX. Mobile backhaul transport Solutions Consulting-led Sales: he led "customer focused short researches" and joint network studies with major Brazilian Operators to prepare their networks for 3G (UMTS) resulting in breakthrough achievements.

I participated in introduction of TQM and improvement projects using Juran methodology (partial time activities). I was the first quality coordinator of my department and since Mar ‘96 internal quality auditor. Since Apr ‘00 I was TL 9000 international auditor. In 1998 Siemens/Equitel won Brazilian National Quality Award (PNQ). From 99 to Mar ‘03 I was member of the Quality Assurance Group of my department implementing CMM guidelines (this work, combining TQM and CMM, was presented as reference at PUC-PR University premises in Curitiba).

I was project Leader of a joint development with Siemens Italy of a low cost PDH Point-to-point radio adaptation solution for Brazilian market (Embratel). SDH/PDH Point-to-point Radio (DRS155, DRS140, CTR-210, SRAL), 2G TRAU/BSC/BTS (BS-241) technical support to sales and local manufacturing (where applicable). Hardware Development: 2G (GSM) Base-station adaptations for Brazil, SDH/PDH Point-to-point Radio analog & digital modules (specific adaptations for Brazilian market), microwave circuits (microstrip technology, pioneering joint project with CPqD – Brazilian Research Institute), EMC and Switch Mode Power Supplies (Flyback and Forward DC/DC converters for MCP-30B and T-Mux systems). Training courses in Brazil and Germany. Worked abroad at Siemens AG Hofmann Str. plant in Munich, Germany (PDH/SDH Radio R&D during 2+ years in 1993-95 and SMPS R&D during 3 months in 1987/88). Worked at Italtel SpA (previously Siemens Telecomunicazioni) in Milan/Cassina de’Pecchi, Italy (SRT-1 SDH Radio System Test at Factory premisses during 2 months in 1998 and DRS155 SDH Radio NMS SW development team support during 2.5 months at Redilco plant in 1995).
