As design engineer, I organize the product development working with our designers, from the research for new materials, to the management of our internal technical resources.I have a key role in searching new suppliers and defining the purchasing specifications and economic details. Then I lead the product industrialization with the production team , and I finally work with our commercial dept. editing catalogues and planning the product market launch. During my years with Schiffini I have developed many successful new products , presented during Eurocucina / Milan Design Week editions (from 2004 to 2010). Up to July 2007 I also had the role of quality manager both for product quality (suppliers monitoring and quality inspections) and system quality (business procedures and improvement policies). I have achieved the update to ISO:9001:2000 certification in 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

8 month operative internship at the motorcycle company Piaggio & C. (Vespa - Gilera, in Pontedera, Pisa, Italy).
