Since I've joined Tink I've been leading 7 different teams in the Connectivity Product Area, 5 of them built from the ground up. Currently responsible for Tink's Connectivity in the Nordics, leading 3 high-performing and engaged development teams, composed of 16 Java backend engineers.I’m responsible for the teams solution space, from creating a tech vision to execution and delivery.I am working closely with Product Managers to define and build successful products, track progress and performance, and drive the roadmap. I frequently communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to share our progress, and gather feedback and requirements. I've interviewing and hiring software developers, product managers and engineering managers. I'm responsible for the onboarding, coaching and mentoring, performance and salary reviews.
