During my tenure as editorial director, I have promoted a radical restructuring process, leading to a dramatic +300% increase in the number of viewers in the February-November period.Thanks to constant support from a wonderful editorial board team, I have been able to progressively promote an organizational culture change, shifting towards dynamism and even more attention to the interests of our readers.In addition to setting the strategy, I am also involved in the day-to-day management, ensuring that schedules are followed and that we only publish high-quality material.

I completely renovated the website, restructuring its backend and adopting a new graphic design to provide the best user experience.The use of metrics provided by Google Analytics and Search Console enabled for more in-depth analysis and maintenance, resulting in a much smoother website experience for our readers.

I also contributed to empirical analyses on gender segregation and to the creation of a replication package.
