I was a member of the Digital & Open Innovation team that support all the units of the Group in dealing with startups and other type of partnerDuties:- Support other business units in defining innovative projects.- Scouting startups that solve the problems of business units. - Optimization and management of the open innovation platform of the group. - Meeting the startups to understand the viability of their solution. - Participate in the workshops and events organized by the company in the innovation network of Unipol Group.

Interstore is an independent retail agency that develop concepts for retail industry since 1987. Under the umbrella of Interstore | Schweitzer, the company combines design & build in a unique and tailor made service.As a commercial intern my duties were:- Support the commercial manager with financial analysis activities such as budget and margin analysis on past and current design projects.-Deliver a project aimed at improving the financial and project management of the design agency through a new pricing tool for design offers.-Improve processes and procedures especially through digitalization and simplification to reduce manual labour and make offer creation and budget analysis more efficient and more effective.-Use critical thinking to make sense of data, understand internal process and make suggestions of potential improvements.

I was a member of a team composed by university students that was trying to launch a startup. My main contributions were in the definition of the business plan, the financial plan, the go to market strategy and in the calculation of break-even point & Cost of Acquisition. I left the team after some months because I understood that I need work experience to start my own project, and I decided to find and internship in order to absorb as much as possible from more senior colleagues.

Side job during the university to be more independent.

I worked as an animator in a summer camp organized by the cooperative Kirikù. During this experience I had the management of a group of 13 elementary school children. I was also involved in the organization and planning of the activities and games. I took care in particular of the organization of the excursions, to verify the practicability of the routes and to contact the guides.

I was for three years a referee of the football section of Castelfranco Veneto. I arbitrated the Second Category of the Veneto region and I had the opportunity to met internationally renowned referee such as Marco Guida, Daniele Orsato and Nicola Rizzoli.
