DFW International Airport has launched the first major construction phase of its $1.9 billion Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program.

Support the General Services Administration (GSA) on their Electronic Project Management (ePM) solution. Support is to be provided on-site at the GSA regional office with travel to field offices within the region. • Provide ePM support on application use, troubleshooting, and desktop system setup. Provide prompt and accurate solutions, advice, and recommendations. Coordinate with the ePM National Help Desk as required to resolve issues. • Set up regional projects and user contact accounts adhering to GSA policy.• Provide regional coordination, scheduling, and logistics for training projects. • Assist project teams and needed with migrating relevant data from existing PBS systems to ePM.• Implement workflow and document processes on the ePM solution.• Ensure consistency of solution use by creating standards, managing pick lists, establishing Proliance register views, and documenting best practices. With a database with over 19,000 projects and 500 users, I monitor and maintain their users and security groups. Train city employees only weekly to ensure users were up to date with all the latest customization of Prolog. Directly working with city managers to customize Prolog to fit the City’s tracking of Capital Projects. Developed new or modified custom reports for tracking bond-funded projects and assisted in developing business process improvements and procedures leveraging Prolog Manager.
