Work with DFW and other consultants to document solution requirements and technical design specifications that meet customer customization.

• Support the General Services Administration (GSA) on their Electronic Project Management (ePM) solution. Support is to be provided on-site at the GSA regional office with travel to field offices within the region.
• Provide ePM support on application use, troubleshooting, and desktop system setup. Provide prompt and accurate solutions, advice, and recommendations. Coordinate with the ePM National Help Desk as required to resolve.
• Set up regional projects and user contact accounts adhering to GSA policy.
