Planned, led, and controlled the replacement of the legacy Council and Committee Meeting Management System. The project included funding a request and procurement to acquire a COTS platform, transition and testing of current processes to the new system, configuration of AV integration for video broadcasting management, deployment of mobile technology to enable a paperless agenda distribution, and training of approximately 100 users.Planned, led, and controlled the business case, funding request, and procurements for the implementation of Microsoft Office365 as the City's communications, productivity and collaborations platform. Co-led the project planning and implementation of phase 1: Transition email services from InfoFocus GroupWise to Exchange Online.Planned, led, and controlled a Recreation Management and Booking Management system project to modernize staff experience and enable customer online self-service. The project included the automation of tasks to improve administration efficiency, deployment of mobile technology to digitize processes and reduce registration queues, integration of payment equipment for improved financial controls, and training of over 200 operations staff.Led and controlled the development of the 2018 Corporate Information and Technology Strategic Plan. This strategy was approached as an enterprise initiative, not an IT Division project. It set the City’s strategic priorities and set out the initiatives and activities that will be critical to supporting strategic business goals. Facilitate the Corporate Information Technology Governance framework as Secretary to the Governance Team. Support the Chair and Director of IT in preparing governance materials. Facilitate meetings. Drive ongoing governance processes improvements to improve oversight.Developed an IT Resource Management process including standard of work documentation and tracking tools. Deploy the process in phases to assure adoption. Manage the process operations.

Developed a web based eGovernment portal to citizen access to their municipal data. Connectors to several municipal data system to display information such as library books and balances due, active building permits and communications and, active parking infractions. Develop a connector model to ensure controlled provision of access to personal information. Gather requirements, design and developed a custom built web based Council and Committee Meeting Management system which included several permissions levels, various approval workflows, a workflow configuration engine, and AODA compliant public interfaces. Trained and supported nearly 200 users.Maintained and supported various City websites and apps.Advocated and supported use of Web 2.0 services to increase efficiency in the business environment.
