This included recruitment of the management team and administrative staff for the company as well as the development and implementation of a warehouse and logistics system. To enable the rapid startup, I also recruited, built and facilitated training of a sales and support call centre and an associated online ordering system.Once the initial operation was in place, I led the implementation of an SAP system and worked with the manufacturing team to re-engineer production processes by using best practice business process improvement methodologies.

I acted as an in-house advocate for distributors driving the product development plan and roadmap.In close cooperation with the other two founders, I worked on closing the two funding rounds prior to the sale of the company.Sales grew rapidly, and Bizanga established itself as the market leader of high capacity email servers in the service provider market.
