Managed Technical Data and was involved in the Controlled Documentation Distribution for airline and company data. I supported and assisted the Technical Publications Division and solely developed and integrated aircraft organization data systems for both Airbus and the new Embraer projects.

I resolved customer and employee complaints and issues on a day to day basis. As well, I handled and assisted in daily financial and store decisions. I oversaw roughly 12 employees as their Supervisor and person to go to when issues arose.
