Functional and technical lead of system operations for all infrastructure services and messaging collaborationsAct as Subject Matter Expert to clyrity in matters such as setup and installation, technology implemented, configuration, incident history and future plansSupport and monitor existing infrastructure, perform preventative maintenance work, backup and perform other regular support activities to ensure effectiveness and to provide cover on such tasks when requiredPlan, manage and implement infrastructure projects and upgrade to meet company goalsMaintain appropriate records of actions taken, time spent, and item status of incidents and service requests by using the companys IT Service ticketing toolResponsible for windows server ( ESX ) & storage implementation, software upgrades, infrastructure changes and implementation of new components within the environment, incl. messaging services such Exchange, Outlook, Enterprise Vault, Blackberry, Lync, Openscape, Telephony ( Swisscom ), Videoconferencing and Collaboration systemsAdministration, maintenance and support for all enterprise business application such as Dokuware, ContractX, EDIB Akte, OrgPublisher, Flight services application: Airops, Alos, UKA, GlobeFuel...Involvment in IT SOX and IT Cyber auditsManaging & optimising all systems, in collaboration with other relevant IT areas and vendor supportManage and maintain the Citrix farmDevelope and maintain overall backup and recovery strategy ( Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity )
