Completed my PhD at Keele University 2022I spent time developing LC-MS methods and a suitable workflow, reducing large data sets and focusing on the identification and monitoring of small molecules.I now work at Sotax as tech support for multi vendor instruments.Providing Support to Customers and Field Services through:- Logging of incoming faults through ticketing service and evaluating to provide appropriate help- Ensuring customers complaints are dealt with professionally and quickly- Support customers by providing communication and remote troubleshooting for chromatography and mass spectrometry.- Seek the support of the head of services when cases cannot be handled remotely to provide field assistance.- Responsible for the maintaining and calibration of field service engineers calibration tools
