I curated the station's 24/7 broadcast schedule and fostered a strong volunteer community through onboarding programs, ongoing support, and active recruitment efforts utilizing online platforms, flyers, and radio announcements.Responsible for programming, and training programmers, to create a weekly 24/7 broadcast schedule.
