I am passionate about solving technical problems and enhancing the efficiency and performance of IT systems and processes both on-premises and cloud based. I have also leveraged my skills in Azure Virtual Desktops for remote workers for a Proof of Concept. With over 6 years of experience in cloud computing and on-premises infrastructure, and 2.5+ years in supporting cloud services, I have successfully migrated 100+ email profiles to Exchange Online and implemented SharePoint Online file library for organizational files.
