I was responsible for requirements management, roadmap, backlog and the development team.My tasks were to support the team during development, lead the sprint planning and retrospectives. Moreover, i led workshops with the objective of identifying and documenting needs. Furthermore, i broke down larger initiatives with the team to reach a reasonable backlog. Also, I worked closely with the business owner and made sure the roadmap followed the business plan. Finally, I was a member of the steering group and presented the status of the development.

As an Technical Project Manager i was responsible for four electrical components. I created time scheduel, requirement specification and led project meeting with business stakeholders. I was responsible for meeting with the supplier and make sure they understood the requirement and delivered accoringly time schedule, we used Clear Quest to repport every delivery.
